Android Development

The only motivations I have for writing applications for the Android operating system is that I have an Android phone and I'd like to make tasks involved in my hobbies and work easier and/or more fun to do. For anything I'm interested in, I'll probably develop an application for it at some point. Below, you'll find the names of the applications I've developed, a short description of what they do and what interest of mine they're based on. If you want to use one of these applications, you simply need to search the Android Market for them on your Android phone, download and install them.

aPounce is a tool for players of Furcadia to use to find out if their friends are logged into the game. Once you've installed the application, just bring up the menu, enter the login information of one of your own characters to use as a detector and add names to the list. aPounce will automatically detect any characters on your list.

HeroClix Dial Generator lets the user create his or her own HeroClix dials and generates bbCode for the created dials which can be posted on the HCRealms message boards for others to see.

Crosshairs for HeroClix is a tool to be used during a HeroClix game when having trouble determining line of fire. The grid Crosshairs uses is only 14 x 14 squares so the best thing to do is treat the grid as just a section of the map. Treat the upper-left square as the square you're drawing line of fire then determine which square you're drawing line of firet to in relation to your game map. Once you select two squares, Crosshairs will automatically draw a red line from the first square to the second square, showing which squares line of fire crosses.

Bonethrower for HeroClix is a very simple dice rolling application made specifically for HeroClix. It's just two six-sided dice that change to a random side when the screen is tapped.
